Hi Everyone
This is my first post, nice to meet you all! I started using holosync a few weeks ago, the reason I purchased it is because I have anxiey disorder and I think Holosync is my only hope!!
The thing is, the overwhelm is really, really bad, it comes as severe anxiety, that really wired feeling, its pretty scary, I have done a good job of not resisting it but when I am in work its too difficult, so for the last two weeks, Ive just listened on the weekends, and only the dive.
I wasnt expecting to feel blissfull straight away, in fact, I was expecting a period of upheaval for sure, just not as bad as it is now, and I am a little disheartened.
Do you think it will get easier in time? Or perhaps I am not cut out for holosync??
What do you guys think??
Many thanks to anyone who replies.

Help

I'm pretty sure there's a Holosync Group on Gaia somewhere, and if not, that there are at least a few committed enthusiasts. Try using the search button up top… and I'll try and hunt someone down for you, too. :)
Christian seems to… and Pearls. Davy, too. I'm sure none would mind you sent them a message. :)
holosync does that to you. it doesn`t mean it doesn`t work for you. in fact it seems to work bloody well…the book “thresholds of the mind” describes how it works…..1: you listen to the holosync tunes…2: it makes you confront your anxieties 3: everything seems to get hellish worse ..4: and just about the time you think you absolutely cannot live any more, your mind with the aid of holosync crashes the bad thought software and comes up with a totally new and better one….5: you come out of the process as a winner simply because you made it through and did not give up….
if you want a quick fix for daliy anxieties you may be better off trying hemi-sync.
hope that helps.
a hololsync group may be able to explain the process more acurately..what i wrote is a mix of what i experienced and what`s mentioned in bill harris` book.
…holosync works! but i think it is better to use it together with hemi-sync which can make a bit less gruesome.
.you will feel better after a while for sure…perceivably better than before using holosync.
but it is not a one-shot panacea..meaning…that uncomfortable “process” has to be repeated a couple of times if you completely want to turn your life around.
cheers. :)
thanks for the replies guys, is this not the holosync group Ive posted to?? so you think I could perhaps use hemisync every other night to smooth out the process??
well i feel that i need hemi-sync once in a while like a medicine to smooth out things..i do not know if it interferes with the effectiveness of the holosync process though..(maybe it reduces the mileage of your holosync-process…really can`t tell)
when i am all stressed and hyper i am like a tense muscle which needs to be strained to the max before it can again totally relax ..it is something remotely similar to what holosync does….but i prefer listening to speed metal (cradle of filth) for that purpose because it resembles more the way i feel and the singer does all the screaming for me (kind of comfortable for me and therefore … already kind of on the way to relaxing…).
(i use headphones so i can turn it up without bothering others)
cheers.
